Services and prices

AGL Golf sells three types of service: entries to the “AGL | PASSION” competitions, Golf Initiation Duo gift vouchers, and Team Building days.

• Competition entry: the entry fee is shown on each competition page and may cover several participants within a single booking.
• Golf Initiation Duo gift voucher: CHF 149.— for 2 people, 2 hours with a J&S-certified instructor, equipment provided.
• Team Building: CHF 249.— per participant, from 10 to 30 participants, a full day from 8:00 to 15:30, lunch included.

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), inclusive of any applicable taxes. They do not include participants’ travel costs.

Ordering and payment

Orders are placed directly on the website. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. and is taken at the time of the order: the accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and include credit and debit cards. AGL Consulting Sàrl never has access to your full payment details. An invoice is available on request.

Confirmation and delivery

A confirmation email is sent after payment. Gift vouchers are delivered by email as a PDF, as a rule immediately after the order. Competition entries are confirmed by email; places are allocated in the order in which paid entries are received and subject to availability.

Gift voucher validity

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are issued in a name but may be freely passed on to someone else. They cannot be exchanged for cash or partially refunded, and the date of the activity is agreed between the parties subject to availability.

Cancellation by the customer

Swiss law provides no general right of withdrawal for online purchases. The following cancellation terms apply to competitions and Team Building days, the date on which the written cancellation is received being decisive:

• More than 30 days before the event date: full refund.
• Between 30 and 15 days before the event date: 50% of the amount paid is refunded.
• Less than 15 days before the event date: no refund.

A participant may be replaced by another person free of charge up to 48 hours before the event, simply by letting us know by email. Cancellations must be sent to agomezlago@aglconsulting.ch.

Cancellation by the organiser

AGL Consulting Sàrl may cancel or postpone an event in the event of force majeure, weather conditions making play unsafe, closure of the course, or an insufficient number of participants. In that case the customer chooses between postponement to a later date and a full refund of the amounts paid. No further compensation is due.

How refunds are made

Refunds are issued within 14 days of the request being accepted, to the payment method used for the order.

Participation and liability

Participants take part in the activities at their own responsibility and confirm that they are in sufficient physical condition to do so. They must observe the rules of the course and the instructions of the supervising staff. AGL Consulting Sàrl does not insure participants: accident and private liability cover is each participant’s own responsibility.

Data protection

The data provided when ordering is used solely to process the order, organise the service and meet legal obligations. It is not sold on. Payment data is processed by Stripe.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Geneva, subject to any mandatory places of jurisdiction provided by law.
