Gift voucher or Team Building order: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), and where applicable the recipient's name and the personal message you write.

Registration for an « AGL | PASSION » competition: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), licence number and playing index, together with confirmation that the health questionnaire has been completed.

Order data: amount, currency, purchase date, status and transaction reference.

Technical data: our host records the IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type in its server logs, for security and operational reasons.

We collect no banking data. Card details are entered directly with our payment provider and never pass through our servers.

Processing your order, issuing your gift voucher and organising the activity: performance of the contract.

Managing competition entries, drawing up tee times and checking sporting eligibility (licence, index): performance of the contract.

Contacting you about your booking, a postponement or a cancellation: performance of the contract.

Complying with our Swiss legal and accounting obligations, in particular record retention: legal obligation.

Ensuring the security, availability and performance of the site, and preventing fraud: legitimate interest.

We make no automated decisions producing legal effects and carry out no advertising profiling.

For competitions, you confirm that you have completed the health questionnaire required by the organiser. We keep only that confirmation, in the form of a ticked box. We do not collect, store or process any detailed medical data.

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland), acting as an independent controller for payment data.

Stripe receives the information required for the transaction and applies its own anti-fraud measures. AGL Consulting Sàrl never has access to your full card number.

Sending confirmation emails and gift vouchers: Resend, Inc. (United States).

Payment: Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland).

We do not sell, rent or trade any personal data. No data is passed on for advertising purposes.

The site sets no advertising cookies and carries out no behavioural tracking.

Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights provide aggregated, cookieless measurement that does not allow you to be identified individually.

At checkout, Stripe sets its own cookies, strictly necessary to secure the payment and prevent fraud.

Orders, gift vouchers and registrations: 10 years from the end of the relevant financial year, in accordance with the Swiss record-retention obligation (art. 958f CO).

Correspondence that does not lead to an order: up to 2 years after the last exchange.

Technical server logs: a few weeks at most.

Some of our providers are established in the United States or in the European Union. These transfers rely on appropriate contractual safeguards (standard data protection clauses) and on the applicable adequacy decisions.

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Bern.

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to order data is restricted to people who need it to carry out their work, through an administration area protected by authentication.
